RAGHUVIR SHAH CREATIVE SERVICE PRESENTS ONLINE CONTEST-SPECIAL MOMENTS
RULES
1. Registration is Free.
2. This contest is open for all age groups.
3. Interested participants can e-mail their best image of their special moment
artraghuvansham@hotmail.com with their details: name, other persons’ name who are in the
image, contact no., 20 to 30 words’ message related to your images & your facebook
id link (For verification and ignoring fake entries)
4. Image should be in high resolution.
5. Image can be of any size.
6. Last date for sending your special moment image is 16th Aug 2016 till 6.30pm.
7. Contest will start from 19th Aug 2016, 12pm onwards online. (uploading will take time)
8. Your special moment image will be displayed on our facebook page Raghuvir shah photography
Creative services ( https\://www.facebook.com/Raghuvir-SHAH-Creative-photography-services-601697089986381/ ).
9. Participants can tag themselves or anyone but can’t share the post of their image. Likes on
Shared post will not be counted. (Participants have to like our page then only you will be able to
tag yourself).
10. Winner will be decided on the basis of their image likes that is displayed on our facebook page

11. Please avoid fake likes. We will disqualify the entry with fake likes.
12. This contest will be totally fair as anyone can see the results.
13. Participants will compete according to given categories.
14. Duration for this online art competition is 18 days from 19th Aug 2016 to 12pm onwards to 5th
Sep 2016 12am.
15. Total likes will be finalized for your image on 6th Sep 2016 after 10:30am morning and by 11am
the competition will be closed .
16. Results will be displayed on our online facebook page Raghuvir shah photography Creative
Services at 12pm onwards. ( https\://www.facebook.com/Raghuvir-SHAH-Creative-photography-services-601697089986381/ ).
17. Finalists will be selected in different categories:
1) 0 TO 3 years – Toddlers
2) 4 TO 8 years – Infants
3) 9 TO 18 years – Teenagers
4) 19 TO 25 years- Youngsters
5) TWINS
6) NEWLY WED COUPLE
7) FAMILY
8) GRANDPARENTS
18. We will not decide winner in each category.
19. We will decided only 3 winners, first, second, third from all the categories taken together.
20. Consolation price in each category will be given.
21. Winners will get free portfolio shoot by Raghuvir Shah & consolation prize winners will get 30%
discount on portfolio shoot by Raghuvir shah.
22. After online contest- special moments. Winners and consolation prize winners has to register
with us for portfolio shoot.
