We are offering a salary of Rs 8000-9000 during probation, depending on candidate's experience. Probation is for 6 months. On confirmation, candidate gets a salary hike. Along with that, he/ she becomes entitled to paid leave. On completion of 1 year, candidates get 1 month salary as Durga Puja bonus, and mediclaim every year.
